The programme will be delivered through a mobile based app. Upon sign up you will be set up on the app and sent log in details with clear user instructions. Your programme will then be uploaded to your profile.

If you have a question regarding your programme once you have started you can contact us through the app. Alternatively, you can email us on info@tactical-conditioning.co.uk or through our instagram.

A payment schedule will be set up on a monthly basis for the duration of your programme i.e. 3 / 6 months. You can cancel anytime with 1 months notice.
